Here's how to cancel your services

For whatever reason, whenever it's time to say "Farewell" we're going to miss you! So, to make things a little easier here are the simple steps to off-boarding your client services.
Similar to the on-boarding of new clients, we have a process for off-boarding clients too. Off-boarding enables the Specialist and our Administration team to ensure we hand back all access to client accounts and remove software connections to tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google My Business
- Google Tag Manager
- Website CMS access
- HubSpot Portal access
- Facebook / Business Manager
- Google Ads / MCC
- Databox etc.
For all retainer services, we require 30-DAYS NOTICE to begin this off-boarding process.
Pausing PPC: If you are running a PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc) retainer with us and wish to 'Pause' the ADS but not the Service Management, you are free to do so. Please instruct your Specialist via Basecamp and copy firstname.lastname@example.org on these comms.
Cancel PPC: Please complete the form here.
We require a 30-day notice, however, the Ads may be paused at any time to help save on client budgets.
An 'End of Service' report is not included when an account has been canceled unless otherwise arranged with your Specialist. Please ensure you give plenty of notice to include and prepare this report. Please discuss any final reporting needs with your Specialist via Basecamp.
