Business Operations & Subscription Management
This page lists the third-party sub-processors that HubDo Ltd uses for business operations, including customer relationship management, billing, communications, and service improvement. These processors support all HubDo applications.

Note: This list is maintained in accordance with HubDo's obligations under the UK GDPR and is referenced in the HubDo Core Terms, clause 3.1.

Data Protection Safeguards
All sub-processors listed above operate under appropriate data processing agreements incorporating UK GDPR and EU GDPR safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTA) where data is transferred outside the UK or EU.
HubDo selects processors who contractually commit not to use customer data for training AI models or for any purpose beyond providing the contracted service to HubDo.
Changes to Sub-Processors
HubDo will notify customers of any material changes to its sub-processors by updating this list and, where the change materially affects the scope or nature of processing, by written notice to the Customer's System Administrator.
Customers may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable grounds related to data protection within fourteen (14) days of notification.
