Application-Specific Data Processing

This page lists the sub-processor used specifically by DoPricer CPQ for application hosting and in-band processing of your quote and line item data within your HubSpot portal.

Important: DoPricer CPQ operates as a HubSpot-native application. All your customer data (contacts, companies, deals, quotes, and line items) remains stored within your HubSpot portal. DoPricer processes this data in-place via OAuth scopes and does not copy or store your data outside of HubSpot.

What Data Does DoPricer Process?

DoPricer CPQ processes the following data types within your HubSpot portal:

Deal records – to apply pricing logic and generate quotes
Line item records – to create, update, and calculate pricing for products
Quote records – to generate and format customer-facing quotes
Company records – to read pricing tier and discount eligibility (read-only)
Product catalog data – to access your product library and pricing rules

All of this data remains within your HubSpot Account. DoPricer does not store, copy, or retain your customer data outside of HubSpot. The only infrastructure required is AWS us-east-1, which hosts the DoPricer application code that executes pricing calculations.

Data Protection Safeguards

AWS operates under a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that includes:

UK GDPR Addendum incorporating UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA)
EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications
Regular security audits and penetration testing

The AWS Global DPA is automatically incorporated into the AWS Service Terms and applies to all AWS customers who process personal data subject to UK GDPR.

Your Data Remains in HubSpot

It's important to understand that DoPricer's architecture is HubSpot-native:

Your HubSpot portal (including all CRM data) is hosted by HubSpot on AWS us-east-1
DoPricer's application code runs on AWS us-east-1 in the same region
DoPricer accesses your data via HubSpot's APIs using OAuth 2.0 authorization
All calculations and updates happen within your HubSpot portal
No customer data is copied, exported, or stored outside HubSpot

The primary data processing relationship is between you and HubSpot. DoPricer acts as a processor only to the extent it executes pricing logic within your HubSpot Account.

Changes to Sub-Processors

HubDo will notify customers of any material changes to DoPricer's sub-processors by updating this page and, where the change materially affects the scope or nature of processing, by written notice to your System Administrator.

You may object to a new sub-processor on reasonable grounds related to data protection within fourteen (14) days of notification, as set out in the DoPricer EULA, clause 6.3.
