PandaDoc is the HubSpot community's favourite tool for proposals, quotes, and contracts — and through HubDo, you get more than just a licence.

At USD $59/month per seat, you get Enterprise Plan features at the Business Plan price, with full HubSpot integration, hands-on support from HubDo, and the flexibility of monthly payments. The 12-month commitment plan renews on 31 July each year (1 August to 31 July) — so if you're joining mid-year, you'll only pay monthly for the remainder of the current period before renewing on 1 August.
Document automation is also available as an add-on — PandaDoc can auto-generate documents via Zapier or API triggers, with costs metered monthly based on the number of documents generated, billed in arrears at rates lower than going direct.
What's Included?

- Service account model — HubDo can access your account to support you directly; if you work with a HubSpot Agency, you choose whether to grant them access too
- Setup, template building, and document creation available as an additional service if needed
- No minimum seat requirement — start with a single seat, on a 12-month commitment billed monthly. The commitment renews on 31 July each year (1 August to 31 July), with pro-rata entry for mid-year sign-ups.
- Multiple Workspaces to separate Sales, HR, Finance, and Demos
- Zapier integration compatible with PandaDoc — available as an add-on
- Document automation — PandaDoc's ability to auto-generate documents via Zapier or API triggers is available as an add-on; usage is metered monthly, HubDo charges are lower than going direct, and usage is billed in arrears.
- A large library of PandaDoc sample templates is available via the PandaDoc website to get you started.
How Is This Different From Buying Direct?
PandaDoc's standard plans are structured around four tiers:
- Launch — a pay-as-you-go option with unlimited seats, including 60 documents per year. No CRM integration, Content Library, or Approval Workflows. Best for very occasional, simple use cases.
- Starter — unlimited documents and e-signatures, but no CRM integrations, custom branding, or approval workflows. Limited to 5 templates.
- Business — the most popular choice for users buying direct. Adds HubSpot (and other CRM) integrations, custom branding, Content Library, Approval Workflows, interactive pricing tables, and Deal Rooms. Zapier and Workspaces are available as optional add-ons.
- Enterprise — adds CPQ, workflow automations, Smart Content, SSO, unlimited Team Workspaces, API access, and data residency options.
Serviced PandaDoc through HubDo gives you Enterprise Plan features at Business Plan pricing — with full HubSpot integration, no minimum seat requirement, and real, hands-on support from HubDo. That's something buying direct from PandaDoc simply can't offer.
If you already have a PandaDoc subscription, it may be possible to merge your existing seat(s) into the programme to access upgraded features at a lower cost — depending on your current plan.
